Construction Details
The USA Made 30 Gallon Hazmat Cabinet is constructed of 18-gauge steel milled in the USA and features internal and external welded construction. The reinforced double walls contain a 1 ½” air space on the sides, top, bottom, back and doors. The self-latching door(s) swing on a continuous piano hinge and are secured with a three point key lock with button latches. The interior galvanized steel shelves are supported by 4 brackets, can hold up to 350 lbs and are adjustable to allow for safe storage of various sizes of containers. Each unit contains a 2” vent with fire baffle and cap on both sides with a single ground connection. A 2” raised leak proof sill contains liquids in case of spillage keeping flammables off the surrounding area. All units have a lead-free high gloss baked-on powder finish for durability and tri-lingual warning labels.
