The Material:
Constructed of mild cold rolled commercial quality steel each locker is built on a unit principle with common intermediate uprights separating them. Door frames, cross frame members and doors are manufactured using 16 gauge steel for durability. They are channel shaped providing superior strength for repeated usage over years. Non-binding 16 gauge continuous piano hinges are securely riveted to both door and frame for long lasting smooth operation. The louvered doors feature 20 gauge deep drawn stainless steel cup handles with a heavy duty 14 gauge steel lifting trigger which accept a 9/32 diameter padlock shackle.
Strength from the bottom up is incorporated into each locker starting with the 16 gauge locker base. By utilizing mild cold rolled quality steel the locker bottom is able to easily handle the weight of books, back packs and assorted personal items without compromising the integrity of the locker. This same strength principle is used in the finish of each locker.
The Finish:
Prior to the color being applied, each locker is power washed and phosphate treated for maximum color adhesion. The locker is then coated with a Hybrid epoxy/polyester powder, electrostatically applied to ensure uniform thickness and baked to cure. The doors and exposed body parts are finished in your choice of 10 Standard Designer Colors with non-exposed locker body parts finished in color #03 Almond.
The Sizes:
In addition to the 10 Standard Designer Color option each locker is available in a wide range of sizes listed below, with or without 6 legs (at no additional cost) and are shipped knock-down saving freight costs (assembled units available for additional freight and assembly charge). Lockers also come with a polished aluminum number plate riveted to the door face with black numerals ½ high.

- Lockers 12Wide have 3 wall hooks and 1 ceiling hook per tier, additional wall hook included with 15 and 18 lockers.
- 12 Wide Lockers available in Depths from 12 to 18 and Heights of 66 or 78
- 15Wide Lockers available in Depths from 15 to 18 and Heights of 66 or 78
- 18 Wide Lockers available in single Depth of 18 and Heights of 66 or 78
Above locker sizes include 6 legs Some configurations available without legs. Top Louvers are standard on 78 High Lockers.
Of Special Interest regarding 3 Wide Locker Sets:
Available for locker sets up to a width of 48 are the complimenting Add-On lockers. These units come with a common side and are easily attached to the two sided starter (base) locker. Please note when ordering that overall width cannot exceed the 48 maximum.
