About the Design
Designed for ease of use and durability, Hallowell Heavy-Duty Ventilated Lockers are delivered to your school or business unassembled or assembled. Select your preference when ordering. Please note that many locker orders arrive via freight truck. If you are a residential customer, have a clearance issue or need to have your order unloaded from the semi truck, please indicate in our shipping option or contact our customer service department for assistance.
Double Tier HDV Lockers come in a standard height of 78” with a door opening height of 36”H. Select from locker widths of 12”, 15” or 18” and depths of 12”, 15”, 18” or 21”. Locker units can be ordered as single wide or 3 wide units. Select 3-wide units for the best value and single wide units to complete the number of lockers needed in a row.
Door and side panels of HDV Lockers are perforated with 5/8” x 1-1/2” diamonds for ventilation to keep gear dry and odor free. One double prong ceiling hook and two single prong wall hooks are standard accessories on these double tier units.
Double tier units feature deep drawn stainless steel recessed handles with a 2-point gravity lift-type latching mechanism. Recessed handles allow padlocks to rest flush with the front of the lockers. Spring activated nylon slide latches allow doors to close with the lock in the locked position. Latches are designed for use with either built-in combination locks or padlocks. Locks are not included.
Number Plates are supplied at no additional charge. All stock locker orders will ship with number plates numbered 1-Up. If a special numbering sequence is required, please specify when ordering and include a $50.00 net set-up charge.
About the Materials:
HDV Locker frames, side, top and bottom panels are formed from durable 16 gauge sheet steel. Locker backs are formed from 18 gauge sheet steel. Locker doors are constructed from 14 gauge sheet steel and are hinged with 16 gauge continuous piano type hinges. Locker doors and side panels are perforated with 5/8” x 1-1/2” diamonds for ventilation. Lockers are finished in a durable Gray powder coat.
