Penco Patriot Knock Down Gear lockers are designed for the equipment and uniform storage needs of Athletic Teams, EMS Personnel and Firefighters. This easy access locker has a diamond design on the perforated sides provide ventilation. Available in 21 colors and several sizes with many options and accessories, the Patriot lockers are the perfect solution for a busy stadium or station.
About the Materials and Finish
The Patriot lockers are made from prime grade mild cold rolled steel. Although the back is made from 18 gauge steel, the solid 16 gauge tops, bottoms, and sides provide added strength to the locker body and shelves. The doors are one piece 14 gauge sheet steel. All metal is pretreated through a six-stage cleaning phosphatizing and preparation process. The Powder coated enamel finish is electrostatically applied for optimum paint adherence. All locker components are painted the same color while the coat hooks, rods, bolts and nuts are plated in zinc or chrome. Choose from 21 colors and a number of accessories and options to meet your exact needs.
About the Locker Construction
Patriot Locker construction is square, rigid and without warp. Tops and bottoms are 16 gauge with three sides formed 90 degrees and the front offset formed to be flush with the horizontal frame member. Locker body components are specially formed to providing tight joints at fastening points. The vertical frame member is 16 gauge formed to a channel shape and hemmed to create a smooth interior edge. The doors are standard with 6”W x .75”H horizontal louvers arranged in two groups of six. Other variations such as diamond or high security mini louvers are also available. Features include:
- Bolt spacing not to exceed 9” on center
- Reinforced welded bottoms
- Doors are 14 gauge with louver options
- Shelves are 16 gauge
- Tops and bottoms are 16 gauge with 3 sides formed to 90 degrees

About the Options and Accessories
We offer several options and accessories including built-in key locks. To start, a few amenities are available such as Name Cards, Acrylic Mirrors and heavy duty parachute/body armor rack with a 180 pound capacity. Security boxes, Foot Lockers or Drawer Units are also available. The center partition, if ordered, can be used with or without a bottom shelf or hardwood bench. Half shelving is available as an accessory, as well as boot trays, cell phone/radio trays, garment separators and document sleeves. Locker anchors are available and recommended by the manufacturer for added stability and safety.
